Screw conveyors are designed to transport different types of materials (substances, waste) generated during wastewater treatment, such as grate waste, sand and dewatered sludge.
Depending on the request, different types of conveyors can be manufactured:
horizontal or inclined;
pull, push or reverse.
Depending on the process requirements, the conveyors can be operated in continuous or intermittent mode.
On request, the conveyors can be equipped with:
manually / automatically operated sliding gates;
level sensors; motion sensors;
Safe stop control in case of cable break detection;
etc.

the one-piece axle-less auger, made with unique technology, ensures efficient transportation, prevents clogging and reduces the load on the drive. Special double or triple augers are recommended for heavy (heavy) loads;
no support structure reduces maintenance work;
fully enclosed design provides a clean and safe working space, prevents spills and odors;
synchronized operation with other equipment reduces energy consumption;
The conveyor body is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. AISI 316 steel version on request;
Screw is made of painted carbon steel St.52.3 or high strength alloys up to 350 BHN. Stainless steel available on request;
replaceable gaskets made of UHMWPE or ROBALON protect and ensure long conveyor life.
