Axleless augers are produced by hot winding from a whole strip, rather than by manufacturing each turn separately, which is an undeniable advantage. The following materials are possible for manufacturing augers: Q345B, Aisi304, Aisi316. The maximum auger length is 2000 mm. Augers are supplied immediately with a double-sided cutting for welding at both ends, which ensures fusion and speeds up assembly to the length of the finished product you need. Maximum deviations in manufacturing: Step S 0+5 mm, Outer diameter D 0-2 mm.
The augers we supply with a feather height of up to 80 mm are made of a whole strip (Fig. 1). If the feather height is higher than 80 mm, the augers are made of two parts with subsequent welding (Fig. 2). Fig. 1
