A screw squeezing grid RVO is a compact and efficient equipment for extracting small and medium-sized waste from domestic and industrial wastewater. The screw screen is a reliable and functional equipment for mechanical wastewater treatment with an integrated system for washing and squeezing waste.

The peculiarity of the auger grid is its functionality. It extracts medium and fine waste from industrial and domestic wastewater, washes, squeezes out and transports it to a waste container. The RVO EKOTON screen is most convenient for fine mechanical wastewater treatment.
A slotted or perforated sieve is installed at the bottom of the grate. As wastewater passes through the sieve, waste is retained on the surface of the filter cloth. To clean the web in the filtration zone, the auger is equipped with a brush. In the upper part of the grate there are zones for washing and squeezing waste.
Thanks to the built-in waste washing function, organic compounds remain in the wastewater, which contributes to the biological treatment process.
