Description
Application in various areas of wastewater treatment - sewage treatment plants, sewage pumping stations, food, meat processing, chemical and other industries.
Why do companies all over the world choose screw compacting press?
CONSTRUCTION: the press is designed as an independent equipment, the working body of which is a spiral rotating in a perforated housing. The waste through the feed hopper enters the press and is moved by the rotating spiral to the squeezing zone, where it is washed and compacted, after which it is fed to the discharge pipe.
PRODUCTIVITY AND STABILITY: functionality and reliability make the squeezer an inseparable part of the mechanical wastewater treatment plant.
EFFICIENCY: operation in a wide range of applications, including pumping stations where high reliability and minimal maintenance are required.
RELIABLE ELECTRICAL DRIVE: High torque gearmotor from one of the world's leading NORD Drive Systems.
VARIATIVITY: the press can be operated both in continuous and intermittent mode as part of the process lines of wastewater treatment plants.
ERGONOMICITY: squeezing presses are equipped with removable covers for easy maintenance.
Advantages of screw compacting presses
The design is not overloaded with complex mechanisms and components that require labor-intensive maintenance.
Depending on the productivity and operating conditions we offer 3 spiral sizes: 120mm, 200mm, 300mm.
The screws are manufactured using a special stretching and molding technology. This allows us to precisely maintain a variable pitch in the screw squeezing zone and a constant pitch in the transportation zone.
The use of high-precision edge machining of the coils ensures precise operation and no run-out of the auger during rotation.
The standard design includes the connection of several types of washers:
1. Casing in the scum loading zone. 2. Hulls in the spin zone. 3. Washing out the organics from the waste.
The housing has high-strength steel inserts that protect it from abrasion by the auger. The inserts are consumable and can be easily replaced during periodic maintenance of the equipment.
The perforation of the housing is designed to optimize the location of the holes for filtrate and rinse water drainage.
Reversible reversing capability to eliminate possible jamming.
Fully enclosed design with easy access for maintenance.
With the screw compacting press you will never have to think about replacing the equipment!
High corrosion resistance: the body of the press is made of stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316;
Anti-corrosion treatment by volume etching and passivation with special agents;
High quality steel used in the manufacture of augers provides high strength and resistance to abrasion;
Design features facilitate installation of the equipment;
The squeezing press does not require constant maintenance;
