Combined Mechanical Treatment Module Hybrid is a compact module that includes all pre-treatment stages and ensures efficient extraction of waste water, sand and grease from the wastewater.
One of the advantages of the plant is the possibility of its adaptation to the characteristics of both wastewater and specific conditions of installation and operation.
The Mechanical Treatment Module is a reliable and compact equipment capable of solving many tasks:
fine mechanical treatment of wastewater;
washing and dewatering of waste water;
extraction and washing of sand;
sand dewatering and discharging;
collection and removal of floating substances, grease.
Sand trap provides automatic collection of mechanical inclusions, their washing from organic contaminants, squeezing and discharging.
How are contaminants treated and removed?
WASTEWATER: Wastewater enters the receiving chamber of the plant, where it undergoes the first stage of treatment on a fine screen. After washing and squeezing, the effluent from the grate enters the effluent discharge area.
SAND: The wastewater treated on the grate enters the tank of the horizontal sand trap. During the aeration process, the sand is washed and settled. The settled sand is transported against the water flow by a horizontal screw conveyor to the storage chamber, dewatered and discharged by an inclined screw conveyor.
FATS AND FLOATING SUBSTANCES: Floating substances and fats accumulate in the grease collection section, are removed from the water surface by the scraper mechanism of the grease trap to the discharge chamber, from where they are removed by a pump as they accumulate.

The unit can be used both as a stage of local mechanical wastewater treatment at sewage pumping stations and as the first stage of wastewater treatment at sewage treatment plants.
Mechanical wastewater treatment module. Hybrid is a single piece of factory-ready equipment, which includes:
fine cleaning grid;
block of squeezing and washing of waste; aerated sand trap with covers;
scraper mechanism for collection and removal of floating substances;
horizontal screw conveyor for sand removal from the bottom of the tank;
inclined screw conveyor for sand discharge.

The system of scum and sand washing prevents their rotting and formation of unpleasant odors.
The unit can be operated in both manual and automatic modes. Setting parameters and modes of operation is intuitive and easy.
